Without going into great details about my complicated coffee journey, i will say I have found the best, freshest coffee for me. I brew with a moka pot and grind my own. The reason why I gave the house blend 3 stars is because when I tried it by itself, it was just that. But! When i combine it with the French roast, it transforms that combination into a very very pleasant 5+ stars. I order house blend and French roast whole bean and mix them. Together they are amazing!
