I bought the Ambrosia as part of a buy 1 get 1 with the Colombia single origin to try out Pantheon Coffee Roasters and must say, this one is delicious. The Colombian is good, but for my tastes, Ambrosia wins. I know this is marked as intended or good for cold brew, but I've used it to make hot coffee with a pour over, in a Keurig basket, and with an Aeropress - all were good, (Aeropress is my favorite). The chocolatey and caramel notes are noticeable and work well together. I normally put a little creamer in my coffee but this one didn't need it (but creamer didn't hurt it either). Yes I'll try it as a cold brew, and if other reviews are to be believed, I suspect that will be great too.
Interestingly, I was able to make a really nice sweet, rich espresso with the Ambrosia and was great if I turned that into an Americano or a Latte.
I did get these on a Buy 1 Get 1 offer so for this purchase, it was an amazing value. Even at full price it's worth it to me as I've enjoyed it very much.
Shipping was extremely fast, I got mine in a few days.
If the sticker on the bottom has the roast date, then it was sent to me the same day it was roasted. If that's a "ship" date then it would be nice to know when it was roasted, but it seems fresh so I'm not worried about it either way.
