I tend to enjoy Colombian and Central American coffees, and this one makes a very nice cup of coffee. I've used it with a pour over, in a Keurig basket, and with an aeropress, and I got very good results. Very tasty, and very good with a little creamer (my tastes). I took off 1 star because it's a fairly basic Colombian coffee (again it's good just not spectacular) and I've yet to be able to make this into a good espresso, but maybe that's harsh because it's not really intended to be an espresso roast.
I did get these on a Buy 1 Get 1 offer so for this purchase, it was an amazing value. Even at full price it's worth it in my opinion.
Shipping was extremely fast, I got mine in a few days.
If the sticker on the bottom has the roast date, then it was sent to me the same day it was roasted. If that's a "start to use" date (letting it rest) then that's fine too -- though I did let it sit a few days in case the date was a "roasted on".
